Custom calculators & planning tools
Tax, EMI, payroll, pricing — like the ones on this site, built to your rules, your slabs and your edge cases, not a generic template's.
Custom calculators, dashboards, automations and portals — built for clients by people who understand the numbers behind them.
The technology arm
Most firms hand you a login and ask you to adapt to their software — your workflow bends to fit the tool. We work the other way round. This is the technology arm of the practice, and it builds software around the client, because we speak both languages — debits and APIs. The person scoping your tool has also closed books, filed returns and sat through audits, so nothing gets lost in translation between the finance need and the code.
The practice already runs on Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero and the government portals — and we build on top of them. That means tools shaped around real finance workflows rather than generic templates, the same way we built the working tax, EMI, GST and SIP calculators on this site: small, fast and accurate about the rules they compute.
The work is for founders, finance teams and fellow professionals alike. You describe the need — a calculator, a dashboard, an automation, a portal — we scope the tool, and one team builds and supports it. No hand-offs between an accountant who doesn't code and a developer who doesn't read a trial balance.
What we build
Every build starts from a finance workflow we already understand — then the tool is shaped, tested and supported around it.
Tax, EMI, payroll, pricing — like the ones on this site, built to your rules, your slabs and your edge cases, not a generic template's.
A live view of margins, cash and receivables instead of a month-old spreadsheet — pulled straight from the books you already keep.
Recurring filings, reconciliations and reminders that run themselves — so due dates are met by a system, not by memory.
Your books, banks and portals talking to each other — data entered once, flowing everywhere it needs to go without re-keying.
Documents, approvals and status in one place — so the people who need answers stop chasing them over email.
You describe the need — we scope, name and build the tool around it. If it involves numbers, workflows or deadlines, it is our kind of build.
How a build runs
We map the finance process first — the accounting brain leads, the code follows. No build starts until the workflow is clear.
A working version in days, not months — something you can click, test and correct before anything is set in stone.
The full tool, connected to your books, banks and portals — tested against real data before it goes live.
Tools evolve as your business and compliance change — the team that built it stays on to keep it current.
