A practice built on one idea: no stress, no surprises.

Helping founders and businesses stay compliant, financially sound, and ready to scale — across borders.

The story

Who you're actually hiring.

I'm a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary working at the intersection of finance, law, and business strategy. That combination is not an accident — most of the decisions a business actually worries about sit exactly there. A share issue is a tax event and a Companies Act event on the same day. A payment abroad is a commercial decision, a FEMA question and a Form 15CA/CB filing all at once. I qualified in both disciplines so my clients get one considered answer instead of three partial ones.

Over nine-plus years in practice, that approach has grown into a firm serving 1000+ clients — founders, family businesses, salaried professionals, NRIs and foreign companies — with 8,000+ income tax returns filed and 350+ registrations handled along the way. The philosophy has stayed the same throughout: compliance shouldn't be a source of stress. It should be handled quietly, correctly, and on time. In practice that means I track your due dates so you don't have to, quote a fixed fee before work begins, and explain every filing in plain English before you sign it.

An increasing share of my work now crosses borders — Indian founders incorporating in the US and elsewhere, and overseas businesses setting up in India — which is how the practice came to serve clients in 8+ countries. The whole firm runs digitally: documents move over email and WhatsApp, meetings happen on video calls, and filings go straight onto the portals. Wherever you are, the standard is the same — no stress, no surprises.

Milestones

The road to two qualifications.

A decade of exams, audits and filings — compressed into the five dates that mattered most.

2015

Bachelor of Commerce

Graduated from B.M.C. College, Pune — already two years into CA articleship, learning audit from the ground up: tax audits, stock audits and bank audits.

2017

Chartered Accountant — ICAI

Qualified as a CA and went straight into practice — statutory, tax and internal audits across Pune and Bangalore, including listed entities and co-operative banks, alongside assessments and litigation work.

2018

Company Secretary — ICSI

Added the CS qualification a year later, bringing company law, board processes and ROC work onto the same desk as the accounts.

2021

Director, Jain International Trade Organization

Appointed a director at JITO — a global network of businesses and professionals — deepening the practice's trade and cross-border connections.

Today

1000+ clients across 8+ countries

A fully digital practice spanning income tax, GST, audit, company law and cross-border structuring — still run on the original idea: no stress, no surprises.

How we work

Six habits that keep compliance quiet.

None of these are slogans. They are how every file in this practice is actually run, whether it's a salary return or a cross-border structure.

Quiet competence

You hear from us before deadlines, not after them. Reminders, checklists and acknowledgements arrive on schedule — without you having to chase anyone.

Plain answers

No jargon walls. Every opinion comes in plain English — with the section and rule cited for those who want it, and a one-line answer for those who don't.

Fixed fees upfront

Scope and fee are agreed before any work begins. No hourly meters running in the background, no surprise line items when the invoice arrives.

Confidential by default

Your financials are discussed with you and no one else. Documents live on secured drives and portals — not in forwarded email chains.

Tech-first & paperless

Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and the government portals are where the practice lives. Nothing needs a courier, a visit or a physical file.

One partner, both sides of the border

The same person who files your Indian returns handles your foreign entity's India-side compliance. Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn't one.

Dual qualification

Two qualifications, one desk.

Most businesses split this work between a CA and a separately engaged CS. Here, both sit in the same chair — and that changes how advice gets given.

What the CA brings

The numbers side of the practice: accounts that close on time, tax positions planned before the year ends rather than defended after it, and audit work that holds up when someone looks closely.

  • Income tax and GST — returns filed right the first time, planning done before deadlines, notices answered properly
  • Accounting and bookkeeping that a bank, investor or assessing officer can rely on
  • Statutory, tax and internal audit — assurance, not box-ticking
  • TDS compliance, certifications and financial statements, all under UDIN discipline

What the CS adds

Company law is a discipline of its own, with its own registrar, forms and consequences. The CS qualification means your corporate record is kept as carefully as your books.

  • Incorporations and LLP setup, with the structure thought through before the name is reserved
  • Board meetings, AGMs and resolutions — properly convened, properly minuted
  • ROC annual filings — AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC — on schedule, every year
  • Statutory registers and event-based filings kept current, not reconstructed later
Why the combination matters: when a decision touches tax and company law at once — a share issue, a director change, a dividend, a remittance abroad — it is checked from both sides before you act. Nothing falls between advisors, because there is nothing between them.

Beyond the desk

Off the clock, still keeping score.

The person behind the practice spends his spare hours on games where the rules matter and the score is kept honestly — a former state-level basketball player and runner-up at the ICAI football tournament, which may explain a few things.
